You must master the calendar. It is the saving grace for hiccups, early arrivals, overlapping meetings, cancellations, travel mishaps, and time zone mess-ups. A poorly run calendar can create disappointments, harsh conversations, and team discombobulations. You must know and check the schedule regularly to ensure everything is in sync.
